Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has announced his intention to quit music once all members of his music collective, Anti World Gangstars, achieve success in the industry. He made this declaration on his X (formerly Twitter) account, expressing his commitment to seeing his friends rise before stepping away from the spotlight.

The Anti World Gangstars comprises five rappers — Odumodublvck, Agunna, Fatboy E, Reeplay, and Shagba — along with their producer and engineer, Cross. Despite their collective efforts, Odumodublvck remains the most successful member of the group, having gained national recognition with his 2023 breakout hit “Declan Rice.”
Odumodublvck considers “Declan Rice” the most impactful hip-hop song in Nigerian music history. Since his rise to fame, he has collaborated with top-tier artists such as Davido and internationally recognized British rappers like Skepta and Stormzy, further boosting his profile.
However, his fellow group members have yet to experience similar levels of fame. Despite his efforts to promote them, they remain largely underground. Odumodublvck’s statement reflects his loyalty and desire to see his entire crew succeed before ending his music journey.
