American singer Tyrese Gibson has expressed appreciation to those who helped connect him with Burna Boy as he announced that he is on his way to Africa, describing the continent as his home.

Tyrese said he does not identify as “American-African,” but rather as “African-American,” stressing his strong connection to Africa. He added that he considers himself 99 percent African and one percent American, highlighting the importance of his African heritage.
