EFCC Dismissed Over 40 Staff for Financial Malpractice — Olukoyede

More than forty staff of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has dismissed  over allegations of corruption and financial malpractice within the last three years.

Thus was disclosed by the EFCC Chairman, Ola Olukoyede while speaking on the commission’s efforts to strengthen accountability and maintain integrity among its personnel.

According to Olukoyede, the disciplinary measures demonstrate that the anti-graft agency will not tolerate corruption or misconduct within its ranks, regardless of the position of those involved.

He stressed the importance of ensuring that officers responsible for fighting corruption uphold the same standards of integrity expected from members of the public.
