Popular American entertainment channel, E! has announced its cancellation after 32 years on the air, their final episode will air on September 25, 2025.

E! transitions into the new publicly traded company Versant. The decision reflects a shift toward digital and social media coverage, reflecting changing viewer habits and the rise of social media as the primary source for entertainment news. where E! boasts 87 million followers, amid declining demand for its 11 p.m. broadcast slot.
The show, which returned in 2022 after a two-year hiatus, will see some staff transition to Versant in unspecified roles. E! will continue with original series like “Botched Presents, Plastic Surgery Rewind” and upcoming shows such as “Kimora: Back in the Fab Lane,” while maintaining red carpet coverage with “Live From E!” and airing the Critics Choice Awards on January 4, 2026.
