Drogba Defends Mourinho Amid Racism Allegations

Chelsea legend Didier Drogba has come to the defense of his former manager, Jose Mourinho, after Galatasaray accused the Fenerbahce coach of making racist remarks during a heated 0-0 draw.

Mourinho allegedly referred to the Galatasaray bench as “jumping like monkeys,” prompting the club to pursue legal action and report him to UEFA and FIFA.

Fenerbahce dismissed the accusations as “pathetic slander.” In response, Drogba, who played for Galatasaray, took to social media to express his support for Mourinho. He emphasized his long-standing relationship with the Portuguese coach, stating, “I have known Jose for years, and he is not a racist.” He further reinforced his defense by calling Mourinho his “Dad,” highlighting their deep personal bond.
