China has filled a Lawsuit With the World Trade Organization over US. additional 10% trariff on Chinese goods, according to a statement by the Commerce Ministry on Tuesday, the US latest tariff increase violates the rules of the WTA and undermines the basis for economic and trade cooperation between China and the US.
China’s lawsuit at the WTO is a formal challenge against the U.S. tariffs imposed by President Trump, which Beijing argues violate international trade rules.
