CAF have announced that the Super Eagles 2026 World Cup qualifier against Benin will be played on June 10.

The match will kick off 5pm at the Houphouet Boigny Stadium in Abidjan, where the Super Eagles won three of their 2023 AFCON matches this year.
Benin will have to play their home games in Cote d’Ivoire after their own stadiums were not approved to host international matches.
Ethiopian referee Bamlak Tessema Weyesa will handle this World Cup qualifier.
Nigeria are second in Group C with two points, while Benin are bottom on a point.
