The Lagos State Police Command has identified the burial site of Adedamola Ogunbode, a missing Lagos State University (LASU) graduate, following the arrest of the principal suspect, Olaoluwa Ajisomo.
Ogunbode, a political science education graduate, had been missing since January 16, 2025. Police spokesman CSP Benjamin Hundeyin confirmed that his grave was found near the LASU area, contrary to social media reports claiming it was inside a church compound. Authorities plan to exhume the body soon.
Ajisomo, who was arrested in Alakuko, is the prime suspect, having allegedly emptied Ogunbode’s bank account using the victim’s mobile phone. The investigation into the case continues.
