The Ogun State Police Command is searching for a suspect, Amosun, who allegedly stabbed 37-year-old Tunde Majekodunmi to death at a birthday party in Iju-Ota.
The attack reportedly followed an altercation between Majekodunmi and Amosun’s younger brother, Toheeb.
Despite being rushed to multiple hospitals, Majekodunmi was denied treatment before being confirmed dead at Ota General Hospital.
The police have launched a manhunt for Amosun while investigations continue. This marks the third fatal stabbing in Ogun State within two weeks.
