Governor Mai Mala Buni of Yobe state, has officially flagged off the distribution of Federal Government Emergency Food and Nutrition Support in Damaturu. Yobe State.
A timely intervention expected to reach over 40,000 vulnerable individuals with nutritional food baskets and essential medical consumables during this critical period of Ramadan.
During the Flag Off, the governor expresses profound appreciation to His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his compassionate leadership and swift support to vulnerable populations, as well as to the Honourable Minister of State for Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, Dr Yusuf Tanko Sununu, for his commitment and hands-on coordination.
“We equally commend the Management and Staff of the National Commission for Refugees, Migrants, and Internally Displaced Persons (NCFRMI) for aligning with and strengthening Governor Buni’s ongoing humanitarian interventions, reinforcing our shared resolve to alleviate hardship, enhance resilience, and ensure that we have reached more vulnerable household in Yobe State.

A Bag of Rice
A bag of Beans
A bag of Millet
Vegetable Oil
Palm Oil
Seasonings
Salt
Paste Tomatoes
As well as medical consumables expexted to distributed across 3 Health Facilities.
