The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested 28 individuals linked to a fraudulent investment scheme in Minna, Niger State. The suspects, operating under Q-Net Ltd from a three-bedroom apartment in Al-Bishiri Estate, allegedly lured victims into a Ponzi scheme disguised as network marketing.

Victims were deceived into believing the company had international affiliations in Dubai, India, Indonesia, and Thailand, paying between $790 to $850 (approximately N1.46 million) as registration fees and for product purchases. During the raid, EFCC operatives recovered Q-Net application forms and other documents.
The agency released the names of the suspects and stated they would be charged to court upon completion of investigations.
