The Central Bank of nigeria(CBN) has revoked the operating licence of the Heritage bank plc due to poor financial performance.
According to a statement issued to the bank, and made available to Zinari News, the CBN stated that the action has become necessary due the bank performance. A situation which constitute a threat to finnacial security.
CBN l,stated that, “the bank has continued to suffered and has no reseasable prospect of recovery”.
