Bisola Kola-Daisi, the eldest daughter of the late former governor of Oyo State, Abiola Ajimobi, has passed away at the age of 42.
Her death was announced on Thursday, with reports stating that she died in the United Kingdom after a brief illness.
Her husband paid tribute to her on social media, describing her as more than just his wife but his true partner in all aspects of life. “The world has lost a shining star. Her spirit will live on in our children,” he wrote.
Until her passing, Bisola Kola-Daisi served as a Special Adviser to the Minister of Budget and Planning, Atiku Bagudu. She was also the Managing Director of Grandex Nigeria Ltd., a prominent retail and wholesale company founded in 1984.
