FASHOLA CONDEMNS TENDING PHRASE “MAY NIGERIA NOT HAPPEN TO ME

Former minister of Works and Housing  Babatunde Fashola has condemned the use of the phrase: “May Nigeria not happen to me.”

Fashola urged Nigerians to address reservations about the country with less negative criticisms.

Languages of such should no longer be heard in the country’s public broadcast.

Fashola stated this while appearing on Channels Television’s Empowering Tomorrow themed: A New Vision for Nigeria, a special programme on the 63rd anniversary of Nigeria’s independence celebrated annually on October 1.

He further said that the “image and pride of the nation is the public relations work of all the people.
