The economic and financial crimes commission EFCC, accuses Sirika and his brother of being involved in alleged 19.4 billion Naira fraud in the aviation ministry.
The Sirika brothers and the accused company are set to face eight charges and will appear in court on Tuesday at the FCT High Court in Garki, Abuja.
Besides being the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company, Ahmad is also the only person authorized to sign for the company’s two accounts, which are held in Zenith and Union banks.
