There are two types of leaders Plateau will choose from in 2027. One type closes the door against corruption. The other type boasts about it on television.

In Little Rayfield Government House today, under Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, there is no room for bribery and corruption. But in a trending television interview, a PDP factional governorship aspirant, Kefas Wungak Ropshik (Kefiano), is seen openly boasting of bribing officials.
His own words, from his own mouth:
“You guys will not hear story yeah so I went and battled I won’t lie to you I bribed the VIO officials before they released the car to me.”
Watch the video again. That is not an allegation. That is a confession. A man who wants to govern Plateau State, who wants to sit in Little Rayfield, is proudly telling Nigerian youths that bribery is his way of getting things done.
Plateau people must ask: If he can bribe VIO to redeem his car, what will he bribe to redeem Plateau’s treasury?
In Little Rayfield today, the story is different.
Governor Mutfwang, Mwaghavul by tribe, Christian by faith, but Plateau by heart, met a state riddled with abandoned projects from the previous administrations. What did he do? Did he award new contracts to collect his own kickbacks?
No.
He said: Let us complete the abandoned ones so Plateau people get value for their money.
He completed the Utunkon Bridge. He upgraded the 41km Bisichi Fan Mangu Halle Road that was awarded on laterite in 2012 and abandoned, to full asphalt. He is reviving the Rwang Pam Stadium, the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp, the Azi Nyako Youth Centre in Jos for Plateau North, the Youth Centre in Pankshin for Plateau Central, and the Youth Centre in Shendam for Plateau South.
As Commissioner for Works Dr. Cletus Shurkuk and Commissioner for Budget and Planning Hon. Ishaku Marren revealed, his principle is simple: prioritize what is achievable, ensure due process, and let people see the work, not media noise.
That is why contractors now fear Little Rayfield you must deliver, you cannot bribe your way through.
Governor Mutfwang is a lawyer. He fears God. He knows that government money is not his money. That is why he can sponsor over 500 Muslims to Hajj, the largest in Plateau history, build roads in all 17 LGAs, and secure President Tinubu’s approval for the Mararaban Jama’a Mangu Kanke Langtang Shendam Ibi Road through quiet diplomacy, not lobbying with bribes.
A man who cannot be bought is free to unite Berom, Ngas, Mwaghavul, Tarok, Goemai, Afizere, Hausa-Fulani and all 53 ethnic nationalities.
But what happens when a man who boasts of bribing VIO enters Little Rayfield? He will bribe contractors. He will bribe permanent secretaries. He will turn Government House into a cash-and-carry office. The abandoned projects Mutfwang is completing will be abandoned again because the money will be eaten.
Plateau never wish which to see that era.
This is why 2027 is not just APC vs PDP, or Mutfwang vs any factional candidate. It is Integrity vs Bribery. It is Continuity vs Corruption.
Little Rayfield has no room for a candidate who in a video circulating allover social media says “I bribed VIO officials.” Little Rayfield needs a Governor who says “I will not allow bribery.”
Governor Mutfwang has closed his door against bribery and opened his door for development. That is why Plateau people love him Muslims love him, Christians love him, youths love him.
We cannot hand over a Government House that has been cleansed of corruption to a man who boasts of corruption.
No room for bribery in Little Rayfield.
Gov. Mutfwang till 2031 For Unity, For Integrity, For The Future of Plateau.
