A Senior Adviser to president Donald Trump on Arab and African Affairrs, Massad Boulos has dismissed Senetor Ted Cruz claims that alledging Christian genocide in Nigeria.
He spoke in Rome after visiting President Tinubu. He emphasized that errorist groups such as Boko Haram and ISIS have killed more Muslims than Christians in Nigeria. “We know Boko Haram are killing more Muslims than Christians”.
According to him, terrorism in Nigeria is not targeted at any specific religion or ethnic group but affects people of all faiths and backgrounds.
“Those who know the terrain well know that terrorism has no color, no religion, and no tribe. People of all religions and all tribes are dying as a result of terrorist acts,” he said. “We even know that Boko Haram and ISIS are killing more Muslims than Christians.”
He reaffirmed U.S. commitment to working with Nigeria to promote peace, stability, and religious harmon.
