Gospel singer Paul Nwokocha recently released a viral video on YouTube, addressing rumors surrounding his second marriage’s dissolution.

The artist cited his wife’s “abominable acts,” including allegedly sending nude photos and videos to other men, as reasons for the separation. Nwokocha defended his decision, asserting he “married a wife, not a whore,” and expressed no regrets about ending the union.
The revelations sparked divided reactions on social media, with some applauding his stance on morality while others criticized the public airing of personal issues.
This marks Nwokocha’s second failed marriage within a short span. He married Goodness Nwokocha in September 2023, a month after parting ways with his first wife, Alice Nwokocha, whom he accused of maltreatment and refusing to serve him food.
Sources reveal that Goodness endured mistreatment and felt more like a housemaid than a wife. Without a prior romantic relationship, she had moved from Lagos to marry Nwokocha at his uncles’ insistence. By May 2024, tensions culminated in the return of the bride price, formally dissolving the union.
