It was alleged that on Friday, June 7th, 2024, 24-year-old Lois Abena Koranteng, a KNUST Petroleum Engineering graduate on a business trip, checked into a hotel in Takoradi with her boss and their driver to spend the night.
Lois, the boss, and the driver all stayed in separate rooms that night. Unfortunately, at dawn on June 8th, 2024, one of the hotel workers discovered Lois’s body in a bra and panties in the hotel swimming pool.
Lois was quickly rushed to the hospital, but it was too late. The incident was then reported to the police, and upon examining her body, there were no blood stains or cuts found on any part of her body. Surprisingly, the hotel has claimed that their CCTV cameras were not functioning and could not provide footage.
However, a postmortem has been conducted and is now in the hands of the police as investigations are still ongoing.
