Finishing touches are being carried out by the Cross River State Government to ensure the Obudu cargo airport commences operation within the next three months.

This was disclosed by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Project Monitoring, Mr Raphael Adoga during a press briefing on the transformational agenda of the present administration on behalf of the political appointees from the Northern Senatorial district of the state in Calabar, the State capital.
According to him, the state government determination on the project is very significant to the economic development of the State.
Adoga said the Governor Bassey Edet Otu administration has kept faith with the promises made during the electioneering campaigns which is anchored on the “People’s First” philosophy.
