The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has set a date to restrict bank accounts without a Bank Verification Number (BVN) and National Identification Number (NIN) from March 2024.
According to a circular on Friday, the Central Bank of Nigeria said a “Post No Debit or Credit” will be placed on funded accounts without BVN or NIN on March 1, 2024.
