The court of Appeal has affirmed the election of Simon Bako Lalong as dully elected senator, representing Plateau South Senatorial District as Air Vice Marshal Napololeon Bali Rtd was an independent candidate in the 2023 Senatorial election which is IS not known to the laws of Nigeria, and the electoral laws of Nigeria.
The court of Appeal ordered that the certificate of return earlier issued to Napoleon Bali be withdrawn and issue to Rt. Hon. Simon Bako Lalong as the dully elected aenator representing Plateau South Senatorial District.
