As disclosed by the Chief of Army Staff yesterday, President Bola Tinubu has once again approved the payment of N18.4 billion to clear the backlog of life insurance for deceased soldiers in the country which has been outstanding since 2011.
This is coming few days after clearing over N12 billion backlog of salaries and allowances for Nigeria National teams.
