As stakeholders across government and the ICT ecosystem came together to shape the legal foundation for Nigeria’s digital transformation, Galaxy Backbone said it remains committed to driving a connected, efficient, and technology-enabled public sector as Nigeria’s primary digital infrastructure and shared services provider.

Speaking recently at the Public Hearing on the National Digital Economy and E-Governance Bill 2025, held at the National Assembly Complex, Abuja, the Managing Director/CEO of Galaxy Backbone, Prof. Ibrahim A. Adeyanju, described the bill as “more than a digital reform, but a blueprint for opportunity.”

Prof. Adeyanju, reaffirmed GBB’s commitment to supporting the successful implementation of this landmark legislation, highlighting the organization’s mission to provide shared ICT infrastructure and a secure network platform for all Federal MDAs — a role that perfectly aligns with the objectives of the Bill.
