The Court of Appeal in Lagos on Saturday, has upheld the election victory of Alex Otti 0f Labour Party (LP) as the governor of Abia State, stating that it conformed with the provisions of the Electoral Act and dismissed the appeals brought by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC) and their governorship candidates against the election of Governor Alex Otti of Abia State and dismissed the petitions brought by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC) that the appeal lacked merit.
